Harriet Jane Joyce

Joyce, Harriet Jane is the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Martin, of Pimperne, near Blandford, Dorset. Was educated locally, and figures in this present volume as the wife of Mr. Charles Joyce, referred to in the foregoing paragraph. Practically all her lifetime has been devoted to Christian work, and, as an honoured member of Stow hill Wesley, is the leader of a large women's class, numbering about 40, which position she has held for some 20 years, and it is no exaggeration to say that, apart from home duties, this is the one absorbing passion of her life.
